Clocked Privacy Policy
For the Clocked by Total Workspace browser extension in the Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Add-ons.

Who we are

What the extension stores
To work, Clocked keeps the following, only locally in your browser storage (chrome.storage):
- your time entries: project, note, start and end time;
- your projects with name, colour and an optional hourly rate;
- your goals and settings, such as language and reminders.
This data never leaves your device. There is no account, no server and no sync. An export or JSON backup is only made by you, as a file on your own device.
What the extension does not do
- No analytics, tracking, advertising or cookies.
- No access to websites, tabs or your browsing history.
- No selling or sharing of data with third parties.
The extension contains links to totalworkspace.nl. They only open when you click them yourself and only carry UTM parameters, no personal data. The website privacy policy then applies. The Google Calendar button opens a new event in Google Calendar with the details of that one time entry, only when you click it yourself.
Why the permissions are needed

Viewing and deleting your data
You can see all your data in the extension and export or delete it there. When you remove the extension, your browser also deletes all stored data.
